As a logistics executive and global operations leader, I’ve built and optimized supply chains across industries and continents, turning complexity into competitive advantage.

 

Over the past 21 years, I’ve called Europe, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, North America, China, and Southeast Asia my home — becoming a true global citizen. My journey has taken me from hands-on logistics operations in crisis zones to steering large-scale business transformations in multinational corporations.

 

Today, I serve as Vice President and Global Head of Logistics at adidas, one of the world’s most iconic sports brands, where I lead the end-to-end inbound logistics network, digital transformation, and supply chain innovation across all sourcing regions. I’m passionate about designing future-ready, data-driven, and sustainable supply chains that combine speed, efficiency, and responsibility.

 

Beyond my corporate role, I’m an active business angel and advisor — supporting startups that merge purpose with performance. My investment and mentorship portfolio spans sustainable fashion, circular materials, and social-impact ventures focused on reforestation and fair trade.
